Caldy has been proud to host Regional Qualifying for the 150th, 151st and 152nd Open Championships. These are the first three years of of a five-year agreement. Regional Qualifying sees approximately 120 golfers from all over the world competing for places at Final Qualifying and ultimately, a place in the Open Championship itself.

The Club works closely alongside the R&A and their Championship team, for both course presentation and set-up, as well as adopting the R&A's approach to sustainability.
